The Grind
What is the grind? It starts with the first time you noticed that the physical and mental body could do more, but it seems you are completely exhausted from excessive daily stress. Everyone has woken up with the feeling that the body is moving but the brain isn’t awake. Feels like sleepwalking!
Let’s choose to stop the sleepwalking grind. We have the choice every day to turn our minds into a constant meditative, working organism that keeps us choosing for the most positive outcome.
Staying in the grind is just that—keeping the meditative mindset to go out and achieve a strong physical and mental body.
