Personal Training

Telos HC offers a scientific and holistic approach to personal and groups training sessions. One will get personalized written training to create exercise for each individual in the group. This is a program written with purpose to be performed with purposefulness. 

Each client starts with getting a full body fat and circumference analysis. Included is a posture assessment. A functional movement assessment with cardio testing will as we be assessed. Whether you’re training for weight loss, strength training, power training, endurance training, HIIT, sport specific, general health or injury prevention all these details will be taken into account for each program.

Group Training

Telos HC believes if you’re training one-on-one or group you should still get specialized training. Each group client receives the value of having a personal trainer and the energy of others. Telos HC creates a positive competitive atmosphere within oneself. Based on the functional movement findings, you will perform some exercises independently in a group and some exercises similar to the group. Again, here at Telos HC we passionately believe each client should get the best training possible.
